GENERAL INFO AND CANCELLATIONS

THE RIMROCK INN'S UNIQUE LOCATION
There are many things that make the RimRock Inn special and one of those is those is our remote location, 35 miles North of Enterprise. Many conveniences, such as gas and a grocery stores are located in that small town of Enterprise. The towns of Lewiston/Clarkston are about 1 hour and 15 minutes North of the RimRock Inn. Don’t worry, we provide just about everything you need (linens, towels, amenities and restaurant).

FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT
Our full service restaurant is open seven days a week and during the summer we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pacific Northwest wines and microbrews are also available for purchase. Dinners during the summer require reservations. We’ll send another email prior to your stay in which you can reserve for dinner if you wish. Be sure to check out our website for our full menu which will change seasonally.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
Please make a reservation through our online reservation site that is tied to our website. We are no longer utilizing 3rd Party Bookings such as Booking.com or Expedia. Please review the Accommodation section to become familiar with the various room types we have available. By clicking on the BOOK NOW icon, you will see what room options we have available on the dates you select. The full calendar will display what is available throughout the month. Guests can book through our online website so that they can become familiar with our country inn and understand the policies accordingly. MAKING A RESERVATION 14 DAYS PRIOR TO
During our Peak Season from May through September 30th, reservations made less than 14 days prior to your visit are NON-REFUNDABLE. When you book, your entire amount will be charged to your credit card and non-refundable if cancelled.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our deposit and cancellation policies are strictly enforced because we are open seasonally and can accommodate only a few families at a time. Each year we grow in popularity and are often 100% booked during key summer weekends. We urge you to book as soon as possible with the following 2017 POLICY. PLEASE READ THE POLICY BELOW BEFORE BOOKING! It’s very important you understand the cancellation policy before making the reservation.

No reservation is confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. A deposit of 50% down for your entire stay, including all separate accommodations booked and each night booked, is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards your total balance due. Reservations may be made with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. Book your reservation through out website. No longer are we accepting third party bookings such as Booking.com or Expedia.

We have a short tourism season and appreciate those who take the time to plan their vacation accordingly. We do understand though if plans change so we’ve revised our policy to offer the following cancellation policy:

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE
30 Days or more:  Your deposit is eligible for a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.
29 to 15 days:  Your deposit is non-refundable, no cancellation fee.
14 days and less:  You're responsible for the full amount of your stay.
You will be charged for the full amount of your stay 14 days prior to. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days in advance of your booking arrival date, or you are a no show, you are still responsible for the full amount of your stay.

WEATHER POLICY
RAIN HAPPENS! Yes, it does rain (on occasion) in Oregon. However, we are not able to grant any discounts or refunds due to the rain, or the cold weather. We do make the tipis as comfortable as possible with wool blankets and a special heater (for a small fee). While the tipis are not 100% rain proof, we have a way to close up the opening at the top, during periods of rainy weather. We will work with you as best we can to make your stay here enjoyable, regardless of the weather!

FIRE RESTRICTIONS
Due to fire restrictions, we do not have outdoor cooking facilities available, nor do we allow cooking food over the fire pits provided. The exception is s’mores. Occasionally during the summer, local fire authorities may place restrictions on open fires. We will try to let you know prior to your arrival if restrictions are in place.

RATES & OCCUPANCY
Our pricing reflects a double occupancy of 2 adults, except for the 16” Bear Walking Tipi which has a twin bed and can only accommodate 1 person. Each additional person will be charged $15 per day, including children. Please be sure to add any children to your booking so we how many people will be staying the tipi because the beds will be made up accordingly. If the fee wasn't taken during the booking process, it will be added to your final total at the end of your stay.

PETS
We allow quiet dogs in our tipis with advance reservations and per day fee of $15/dog, up to two dogs. Dogs must remain on a leash at ALL times and may dine with you outside on the deck if weather permits. Please do not leave your dog (s) unattended in the tipi during meal times. The exception is if you have a suitable crate that your pet is used to and if it’s not too hot outside.  While having your dog stay with you during your vacation may seem like a fun idea, please be certain they will stay within the confines of the tipi while you are asleep.

ARRIVAL TIME & CHECK OUT
Your on vacation, enjoy this time with your family. With that in mind, try to plan your trip to arrive earlier in the afternoon to early evening. That way you can get checked in and begin enjoying the area before night arrives. Our check in hours are from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Should something come up and your arrival be delayed, please call us and let us know so we can try to make proper arrangements. The Inn (bathrooms, showers, reception, bar, dining area) is locked starting at 9:00pm to 7:30am. If you are a tipi or vintage trailer guest, there are outdoor toilet facilities for your use during the overnight hours. Check out is at 11:00am.

LATE CHECK-IN FEE
Sorry, but late check-ins are tough for our small country inn. Not only is it very disruptive to our other guests, who pay to have quiet time outside in their tipi, but it's also difficult for us, the innkeepers. We need to get our sleep! Any check-in after 9:00pm will incur a $25 fee. Please plan your trip accordingly.

CELL PHONE & INTERNET POLICY
Unfortunately, cell phone service is not available at the RimRock. Sorry, not our fault! Our satellite internet provides a small amount of coverage for our operations. So in order to reduce the amount of "juice" we require, we have imposed a $10 wireless internet fee for smart phones and computers. GROWN UPS ONLY!  If possible, plan to remove yourself from these distractions while at the RimRock. We've found they are not needed here to enjoy the true beauty of the area! Please unplug and unwind from these devices if you can.

Hours of Operation

Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM

Check-out time is 11:00 AM

The Inn (bathrooms, showers, reception, bar, dining area) is open from 7:30am until 9pm daily. If you are a tipi or vintage trailer guest, there are porta potties for use during the overnight hours.
